Thinking about where to go the next day while having a relaxed evening with friends and drinking cold beer!
How do you prepare for the season?
More or less my hobbies keep me in shape, there is no day without any sport. Right before winter I always do specific training in the Gym in order to get stronger than the year before! Anyway - best protection is to be 100% fit, mental and physical.
